We enjoyed facilities and location here. Within a walking distance of Mae si Ruean Noodle, where you can have lunch. We would stay here again if we go to Pattaya.

good location and nice pool. plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like chalet suisse that was only 15 minutes' walk away. the venue was just 1 mile from walking street. we would be happy to recommend as we liked imperial pattaya.

Beautiful pool in the green. Good view from the balcony to the bay. Breakfast perfectly all right. Good location and quiet, despite proximity to the center
No complaints. Unfortunately, according to information from the receptionists, a general overhaul or even a demolition of the hotel will take place shortly - a hint that there will be no booking possibilities in the future.

It is decent hotel
Staff is not very friendly. Room amenities were not up to the mark. They wanted to charge for extra coffee creamer which we thought was being very petty considering what they charge for the room. The breakfast is very expensive.

Dining at the hotel is far too overpriced and so we never ate there at all. 90% of the time the restaurant was empty except maybe at breakfast time when some customers got their breakfast included in their room rate..

Buffet breakfast was great. Pool with garden is exellent feature.
Book room on 9th floor and above to get good quality one.

Good location in the middle of Pattaya strip. Large estate with big swimming pool, park, playground, tennis courts. Quality of service is up to standards.
The property seems to date from the 1960s/70s and have never been refurbished since then. Outdated interior design, carpets/curtains with faded colors, plain old CRT TV, no electronic access card, etc... There are much nicer, more modern properties on the strip within this price range.
